Program Management Lead, Global Trade Management (GTM)

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in Transportation, Trade Compliance, Supply Chain Operations, Legal, and IT to identify and implement automation projects that increase operational efficiency and enhance trade compliance
Design and model enhancements for enterprise-wide systems, including Global Trade Management (GTM) and other technical applications, to optimize compliance oversight
Support the application of project management standards, policies, and procedures throughout the project life-cycle
Partner with stakeholders to draft Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and collaborate with IT to review functional designs
Manage the end-to-end deployment process, including testing, system implementation, and requisite change management activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in import/export compliance
8 years of experience in project management in a trade compliance, logistics, or supply chain management organization
5 years of experience leading cross-functional project teams implementing new tools and systems
Preferred
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience working in or working with corporate IT departments
Excellent investigative and problem solving skills
Demonstrated leadership, project management, verbal and written communication skills
