Support key initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and retention
Work closely with Customer Success, Renewals, and Operations teams
Analyze customer data and improve operational processes
Design repeatable processes and identify automation opportunities

Required

Actively working towards a degree in Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field, graduating December 2026 or later
Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
Comfortable working with data and recognizing patterns

Organized with strong attention to detail
Interested in Customer Success, operations, or related fields

Preferred

Experience with Excel or data tools is a plus (but not required)
Interest in SaaS, customer engagement, or process improvement
