Responsibilities
Lead and manage the month-end close and consolidated financial reporting for multiple entities across the U.S., Canada, and Singapore
Prepare and review financial statements and monthly reporting packages
Oversee accruals, intercompany activity, and multi-entity accounting processes
Supervise and develop a team of 4 across accounting, A/P, A/R, and payroll support
Maintain accuracy across cash, inventory, fixed assets, and receivables
Support payroll processes and coordinate with external providers as needed
Oversee internal controls and ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial records
Partner with external tax accountants, auditors, and banking partners
Prepare and review KPIs including profitability analysis and inventory metrics
Assist with planning, forecasting, and continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
CPA required
6–15 years of progressive accounting experience
Strong experience with month-end close, consolidations, accruals, and multi-entity environments
Prior people management experience required (minimum 4 direct reports)
Experience supporting payroll and working cross-functionally with operations
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Public accounting background strongly preferred
