Responsibilities
Conceptualize and develop inspiring creative themes, ideas, concepts and solutions for a diverse range of events, productions, activations and campaigns
You’re a storyteller. You have a vision and want to bring it to life. You can confidently pitch your story to clients and internal stakeholders
Copyright, copy edit and ensure that messages are clear, effective and punchy
Provide creative direction and feedback, from both visual design and messaging perspectives
Project Manage a wide range of Creative Services deliverables and tasks, including pitch decks and leadership presentations
Support creative projects from initial brainstorm through to final execution, ensuring the highest level of quality and innovation
Articulate and present creative concepts and designs to both internal teams and clients with passion and clarity
Collaborate with strategy, account, and production teams to ensure creative solutions are on-brand, on-budget, and on-strategy
Source vendors and talent for creative productions. Manage vendors from contracting through delivery
Maintain and elevate the agency's creative standards, pushing for work that is both original and effective
Stay ahead of industry trends and cultural moments to keep our work fresh and relevant
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related creative field
3-5 years of professional experience in a design or creative role, preferably within an agency setting
A killer portfolio that showcases projects you've worked on and delivered personally, as well as your design background, conceptual thinking, and a passion for experiential work
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; you can sell an idea with confidence and charm
Expert experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
A collaborative spirit and a desire to make cool stuff with cool people
Organized and highly attentive to detail
Self-starter, motivated to produce excellent results in a fast-paced environment
Positive and happy demeanor, willing to learn, work hard and grow
