Design and refine inspection processes to ensure product consistency and compliance
Develop gauges and fixtures to prevent quality failures and support precision manufacturing
Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements
Investigate technical issues and drive corrective actions
Conduct internal audits and coordinate quality initiatives
Review specifications and purchase orders for quality requirements
Provide technical advice on specialized QA technologies
Maintain documentation and reports related to quality control
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience in quality assurance
Proficiency in PFMEA, Control Plans, and 8D Problem-Solving methodology
Strong analytical and communication skills
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
Preferred
Experience with lean manufacturing is a plus
