Responsibilities
Lead/Manage/Support the full lifecycle of IT capability development, ensuring that critical Army Enterprise programs are engineered for high performance, cost-efficiency, and operational readiness to maintain global network superiority
Collaborate with Government stakeholders, resource managers, and cross-functional engineering teams to synchronize requirements and provide data-driven recommendations that bridge the gap between complex technical needs and mission-critical execution
Drive strategic project outcomes by identifying operational gaps and implementing innovative staging and testing solutions, ensuring that all IT services are delivered within schedule and performance parameters while proactively resolving deployment challenges
Utilize advanced technical project management methodologies, lifecycle gap analysis, and comprehensive spend plan validation to maintain fiscal and operational integrity across all NETCOM-supported initiatives
Qualification
Required
Top Secret/SCI clearance level must currently possess
Top Secret/SCI clearance level must be able to obtain
5+ years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Technical skills: Engineering and integration of NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and Deployed Forces (DF) systems within the DODIN
Application of Army Enterprise architecture across all lifecycle stages (design through operational support)
Proficiency in gap analysis, technical staging, installation testing, and quality assurance
Ability to work full-time onsite at Fort Huachuca, AZ
Proven management of IT projects, task order reporting
Skilled in synchronizing requirements across schedule and performance parameters
Advanced-level capability in developing technical briefings and administrative reports for NETCOM leadership
