Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions and architecture
Lead project delivery across platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce, using Agile methodologies
Build customized workflows, dashboards, and automations to support diverse business units
Integrate AI-powered tools to enhance knowledge management, search, and automation
Ensure platform stability and user satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving system issues
Document and deliver training and enablement resources for system users
Support change management, including communications and adoption strategies
Stay on top of emerging technology trends, especially in AI and automation
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, product management, or technical consulting
4+ years hands-on experience administering and building in Salesforce environments
Exposure to large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT or Claude
Familiarity with Python, SQL, or Apex
Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems in a fast-paced setting
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
