Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights
Prepare comprehensive financial reports and dashboards
Support financial policy development and implementation
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives
Optimize working capital, cash flow, and capital expenditures
Evaluate business proposals and investment opportunities
Support special projects including M&A due diligence
Leverage technology to enhance data analysis capabilities
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of construction financials and accounting principles
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and macros
7-10 years of financial analysis experience, with 2-3 years in construction
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field
Preferred
CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA designation
Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
