7+ years expMTK Technologies is seeking an SAP Finance Control Consultant to lead the FI/CO workstream, manage stakeholders, and drive solution architecture and delivery. The role involves ensuring integration and quality, mentoring team members, and overseeing the cutover/go-live success.

Responsibilities
Lead design workshops; define global template, fit gap and solution blueprint
Own configuration strategy for FI/CO and integration points with MM/SD/PS/PM
Drive data migration support (GL balances, open items, assets) and reconciliation
Define testing strategy, supervise SIT/UAT, signoffs and audit evidence
Design authorization concepts (in collaboration with security team)
Manage cutover plan, hyper care readiness, training approach and KT
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local statutory/tax requirements
Guide enhancements, automation, and performance improvements
Qualification
Required
7–12+ years SAP FICO
Strong leadership, delivery ownership, and client-facing skills
Solid S/4HANA Finance exposure; good understanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) implications
Experience with integrations, closing, reporting, and governance
Preferred
Group Reporting / FSCM / Treasury / Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR)
SAP Activate / Agile delivery experience
