Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day general accounting tasks for assigned properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Manage treasury-related activities such as lender/investor reporting and participate in deal closings as needed
Support operational tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives
Assist with financial analysis and reporting to facilitate decision-making and strategic planning
Maintain thorough documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes
Work closely with Accounting Managers, VP of Finance, and other team members to support the company’s growth initiatives

Qualification

Real estate accountingAnalytical skillsRealPage softwareCommunication skillsInterpersonal skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
1+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on real estate or property accounting preferred
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Experience with RealPage software is a plus
