MSP Sales Account Representative
Endurance IT Services is seeking a dynamic and driven MSP Sales Account Representative to join their team in Virginia Beach, VA. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across diverse industries within the Hampton Roads region, emphasizing client engagement and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and expand market presence within an assigned territory
Build, strengthen, and maintain executive‑level relationships across industries, community groups, business organizations, and strategic partners
Proactively develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
Accurately forecast new business opportunities and manage sales activities to meet targets
Focus on acquiring new clients and establishing long-term, trusted partnerships
Engage with new business prospects daily and conduct weekly onsite or virtual meetings
Research and identify potential clients, understanding their business needs and technology challenges
Qualify and pursue opportunities specifically related to Managed Services and IT solutions

Required

Solid understanding of IT challenges and the ability to identify and articulate client pain points
