Responsibilities

Manage firewalls, switches, wireless, VPN/WAN, and network security systems
Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file/print services
Maintain Hyper-V clusters, SAN/storage, backups, DR, and system monitoring
Support manufacturing and engineering platforms and plant-floor connected systems
Strengthen cybersecurity posture and support NIST 800-171 compliance
Manage Microsoft 365, user accounts, endpoints, and escalated support issues
Administer VoIP and telecom systems
Maintain documentation, IT training resources, and infrastructure standards
Provide remote support to an out of state office with occasional travel

Microsoft server managementNetworking knowledgeHyper-VMicrosoft 365Certifications CCNACertifications Security+Certifications AzureManufacturing systemsWork independently

Required

5+ years managing Microsoft server and desktop environments
Strong networking knowledge (VLANs, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
Experience with Hyper-V, enterprise storage, DNS/DHCP/GPO, SQL basics
Familiarity with manufacturing/OT systems is a plus
Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and enterprise hardware experience
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred

Certifications (CCNA, Security+, Azure) preferred
