Enterprise Account Executive – GRC SaaS
Mogi I/O is an AI-native GRC platform company looking for a Hunter Enterprise Account Executive to drive new revenue. The role involves engaging with senior decision-makers to build pipelines and close high-value enterprise deals in security, risk, and compliance organizations.

Responsibilities
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first meeting to deal closure
Generate net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting and account-based selling
Close complex enterprise deals ranging from $250K–$1M+ ACV
Sell to C-suite and senior leaders including CISO, CRO, CIO, Risk & Compliance Heads
Run structured discovery, POCs, and value-based sales motions
Navigate complex enterprise buying processes (security, legal, procurement)
Maintain high forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and deal execution
Collaborate with partners, hyperscalers, and internal stakeholders
Consistently meet and exceed annual revenue targets
Qualification
Required
Mandatory experience in GRC Sales or GRC Service Provider organizations
8–15 years of enterprise SaaS new-logo hunting experience
Proven success closing $250K–$1M+ ACV enterprise deals
Strong outbound skills: executive prospecting, ABM, and deal orchestration
Experience selling to Security, Risk, Compliance, and IT leadership
Deep understanding of enterprise buying motions
High accountability for pipeline creation, forecasting, and close rates
Preferred
Experience selling into regulated industries preferred
Partner or hyperscaler co-sell experience is a strong plus
