Assist with leading maintenance team
Prepare make-ready apartments
Complete service requests
Maintain inventory and shop organization
Perform common area maintenance
Participate in preventative maintenance program
Participate in resident satisfaction programs
Communicate with customer, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members
Participate in the CWS Risk Management Program and Safety Programs
Qualification
Required
EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications
Minimum 1-2 years previous full-time work experience in apartment maintenance or a trade that requires basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC
Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
Own a basic set of hand tools
Preferred
High School diploma or GED
Yardi software experience
