Responsibilities
Provide personalized counseling on degree planning, career goals, military credit (ACE), and eligibility for TA and GI Bill benefits
Administer and promote voluntary education programs, including Tuition Assistance (TA), Credentialing Assistance (CA), and SkillBridge
Conduct outreach and deliver mass briefings to educate the force about available education and career opportunities
Manage and administer military and academic tests (aptitude, proficiency, etc.) as required
Connect individuals with financial aid resources (e.g., Pell Grants) and approved educational institutions
Maintain records, ensure program compliance, and provide support for education-related budgets and reporting
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service, communication, and advising skills
Ability to brief groups and communicate clearly in virtual settings
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (records/compliance)
Proficiency with common office tools and online systems
Preferred
Experience supporting military education programs and/or adult learner advising
Familiarity with Army voluntary education benefits ( TA, CA, SkillBridge, GI Bill )
Experience with testing administration
