This role focuses on Train-the-Trainer enablement, collaborating with various stakeholders to create effective, modular curriculum and facilitate training sessions for trainers.

Responsibilities
Serve as one of the Adoption & OCM Workstream Leads, collaborating closely with other OCM workstreams to ensure integrated, consistent execution
Act as an individual contributor, owning delivery of learning enablement while being able to scale into people leadership in the future
Develop and execute the Knowledge Management & Learning Enablement plan by converting strategy into trainer-ready, modular learning programs
Design, build, and validate Phase One modular curriculum that ties Oracle Cloud Fusion functionality to organizational processes and role-based workflows
Collaborate with functional SMEs and client operational SMEs to co-develop and validate learning content for accuracy and alignment with final design
Conduct and refine learning impact analysis to define skill-based needs and ensure alignment with adoption and process requirements
Participate in UAT to validate training content; this role does not own or drive UAT execution
Facilitate high-quality TtT sessions, Skill Builders Academy modules, and learning walkthroughs to prepare trainers for successful delivery
Ensure all curriculum is effective, measurable, modular, and intentionally designed for long-term ownership by the client’s trainer community
Build and manage a centralized knowledge repository with strong standards, intuitive structure, and version control
Identify, track, and report on KPIs, readiness indicators, proficiency measures, and training effectiveness metrics, feeding into the broader OCM plan
Partner with OCM leadership on communication alignment, readiness insights, feedback loops, and continuous improvement
Ensure consistency in curriculum, messaging, and documentation across all phases, business units, and workstreams
Support post–go-live hypercare with rapid curriculum updates, reinforcement learning, and ongoing trainer enablement
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Learning Development, Training Delivery, or OCM
Demonstrated ability to design and develop modular curriculum end-to-end, including facilitator guides, TtT materials, and skill-based learning modules
Strong and proven facilitation skills, with experience leading training sessions, learning workshops, curriculum walkthroughs, or similar instructional environments
Experience supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion, Oracle EBS, or similar ERP environments
Ability to deliver training across multiple modalities (virtual, in-person, LMS-based, blended, and recorded formats)
Experience working with AI-enabled tools to support content development and refinement
Strong understanding of learning impact analysis, trainer-readiness, and adoption methodologies
Ability to define and report on KPIs, readiness metrics, and proficiency indicators tied to learning effectiveness
Proven expertise in creating high-quality learning assets (training decks, SOPs, eLearning, simulations, videos, job aids)
Excellent communication, instructional design, writing, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with OCM peers, functional SMEs, and client SMEs, and co-develop deliverables with client partners
Preferred
Prior experience in consulting, digital transformation, or ERP implementation contexts
Familiarity with OCM methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Agile change, etc.)
Experience with LMS or knowledge-base platforms
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt within evolving program landscapes
Exposure to supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing operations from a training or process enablement perspective
