Director/ExecutiveThe Circular Economy Powered Renewable Energy Centre (CEPREC) is a Pan-African, multisectoral Research Centre of Excellence leading Africa's energy transition. The Chief Treasury & Liquidity Officer will oversee the organization’s treasury and cash management functions, design and implement financial strategies, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities
Overseeing the organization’s treasury and cash management functions, including liquidity monitoring and management
Designing and implementing financial strategies
Optimizing cash flows
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Providing analytical insights to support business decisions
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial stability and sustainability
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Treasury Management, Treasury Services, and Cash Management
Strong Analytical and Financial Management skills
Experience in implementing and monitoring effective financial strategies
Understanding of compliance with financial regulations and practices
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Preferred
professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CTP)
Experience in sustainable practices or circular economy initiatives
