Responsibilities
Assists with implementation, support, troubleshooting and testing of IT systems within functional area(s)
Supports users with software and/or hardware issues within functional area(s)
Works with other IT team members, and other county departments, to design effective and efficient procedures and controls to meet requirements
Provides training to departmental users on information systems and assists in creating training procedures and documentation within functional area(s)
Creates reports and ad-hoc data queries
Provides Tier 1+ troubleshooting for courts and justice application issues
Creates documentation for IT and end users
Manages on/off boarding of users of IT systems within functional area(s)
Manages support requests and new feature testing and implementations
Attends all meetings and trainings, as required
Performs special duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Vocational/technical diploma or certificate and two (2) years of job-related experience; OR three (3) years of job-related experience
Working knowledge of specific job-related technology
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Working knowledge in all areas of technology software, hardware, data, methodologies, frameworks, and infrastructure
