Responsibilities
Engage directly with government agency leaders to understand challenges in service delivery, compliance, and operations
Lead discovery sessions, needs assessments, and gap analyses
Analyze business processes, regulatory requirements, and constituent needs
Identify and position solutions for: Digital transformation & legacy modernization, Government security mandates, Procurement and regulatory compliance, Citizen experience improvement
Extract and translate requirements from RFPs and RFIs into solution architectures
Develop and present compelling proposals with strong narrative and visual storytelling
Act as a trusted advisor to public-sector stakeholders
Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams
Contribute to thought leadership through speaking engagements, workshops, and advisory panels
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA required
8+ years of experience in solution consulting or pre-sales engineering
Proven experience working with US federal, state, or local government clients
Strong understanding of public-sector procurement, compliance, and delivery models
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Consultative solutioning & strategic analysis
Proposal orchestration & bid leadership
Narrative strategy & visual storytelling
Structured communication and executive-level articulation
Strong stakeholder engagement & cross-functional collaboration
Public-sector domain fluency (US government)
Technical domain fluency
Preferred
Participation in speaking engagements, workshops, or advisory panels related to government digital transformation and public value
