Account Executive, Mid Market (East)
Cubby is a venture-backed company building the future of self-storage technology. They are seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and drive revenue growth in the self-storage industry, focusing on mid-market operators.

Responsibilities
Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market self-storage operators ($25k-75k ACV)
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and strategic networking
Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations that showcase how Cubby transforms storage operations
Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes, building consensus across operations, IT, and executive teams
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Partner closely with CSMs, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer success
Provide market feedback to help shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
Qualification
Required
Based in NYC or Salt Lake City with enthusiasm for our in-person culture (3 days/week in office)
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to mid-market customers
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota ($1M+ annual quota preferred)
Experience managing deal sizes ranging from $25-75k ACV
Strong discovery, qualification, and closing skills with ability to articulate value to technical and business buyers
Excellent relationship-building skills and executive presence
Self-starter mentality with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where you'll wear multiple hats
