Coordinate professional licensing, renewals, and compliance for employees and new hires
Track and maintain licensing, education, and credentialing records
Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and respond to documentation requests
Purchase and track required courses and professional development
Support office operations, vendors, and internal requests
Assist with procurement requests
Reconcile corporate card receipts and assist with expense tracking
Provide administrative support for HR, Research, and special projects
