Responsibilities
Assist with all aspects of real estate deals, including feasibility analysis and development work
Prepare financial models to evaluate development opportunities
Conduct and analyze internal market studies
Coordinate due diligence and prepare purchase contracts and LOIs
Conduct market, zoning, and development research, providing informed recommendations
Collaborate with design, construction, and property management teams
Assist in preparing and submitting tax credit applications and reports to housing finance agencies
Participate in municipal zoning and development applications
Conduct site visits and competitive analysis
Travel up to 20% of the time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent
1-5 years of experience in the real estate industry
Proficient in reading and analyzing business and technical publications
Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences
Advanced experience with MS Office
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with various variables
Must be a team player with excellent multitasking abilities
