Lead HxGN EAM Consultant
RJM Technologies is seeking a Lead HxGN EAM Consultant to support enterprise asset management sustainment efforts within a large, complex operating environment. The role focuses on sustaining and optimizing an existing HxGN EAM implementation, providing support for maintenance, inspection, reliability, and asset lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities
Provide sustainment support for an existing HxGN EAM implementation, with primary focus on configured functionality
Support enterprise asset management operations, including maintenance, inspection, reliability, and asset lifecycle processes
Maintain and enhance existing system configurations developed under prior EAM foundation initiatives
Develop and implement solutions using the HxGN EAM Extensibility Framework and FlexSQL
Consult on asset management best practices and align system capabilities with business processes
Support requirements gathering workshops and assist with gap analysis between current and desired processes
Design solutions using out-of-the-box functionality and collaborate with technical teams on custom solutions when needed
Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance improvement
Develop reporting solutions including queries, inboxes, KPIs, and dataspy configurations
Create, validate, execute, and document test cases
Assist with end-user training materials, training delivery, and post-go-live support
Support integration of HxGN EAM with other enterprise systems
Research system issues and support resolution efforts
Provide technical evaluation and direction for system enhancements, including mobile components
Qualification
Required
10 or more years of hands-on experience with HxGN EAM (Infor EAM), version 11 or higher
Strong experience extending HxGN EAM using the Extensibility Framework
Proven ability to develop and implement FlexSQL to meet business requirements
Deep understanding of work and asset management functions including work orders, planning, and equipment
At least 5 years of experience leading enterprise asset management solution delivery efforts
Experience supporting or delivering EAM implementations in large, complex environments
Strong understanding of relational database design and functionality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize work and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Self-starter capable of working independently and meeting deadlines
US citizenship is required

Experience working on sustainment-focused engagements rather than greenfield implementations
