Responsibilities
Develop program strategies, goals, and objectives, aligning them with the customer requirements
Manage and coordinate multiple, interconnected projects within a program
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Manage and allocate resources effectively across projects
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues
Track program performance, monitor progress against goals, and make adjustments as needed
Identifying opportunities to improve program management processes and efficiencies
Expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel functions and reporting
