Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Information Systems) or a related field
Good communication and organization skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Knowledge of collaboration tools like Mural, Azure Boards, etc
Inquisitive and analytical mind that can develop, innovate, and create solutions for our clients
Strong interest in learning new technologies
Proactive and tenacious problem-solver who is detailed oriented
Willingness to learn the banking/insurance industry
Must be open to relocation and travel
