Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors and maintain a professional front desk presence
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Conduct initial client screening and gather relevant intake information
Accurately document client details in the firm’s intake and case management systems
Manage and track the intake pipeline from first contact through attorney review
Coordinate timely follow-up and internal handoffs with attorneys and staff
Assist with administrative and office support duties as needed, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and document organization
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Support daily office operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in client intake, receptionist, or customer-facing office roles
Ability to gather information clearly, efficiently, and professionally
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor aligned with confidentiality and integrity
Preferred
Legal office or law firm experience is a plus
