Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and document full-stack application features using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
Build microservices-based back-end services and integrate front-end applications
Implement GIS mapping, geospatial data services, and spatial reporting layers
Develop PostGIS-based data models and integrate PostgreSQL databases
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and deploy services using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Work with ArcGIS platforms including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and mapping SDKs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
Apply software design patterns and SOLID principles
Ensure all digital products comply with accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, and ADA
Perform unit and UI testing using JUnit, Jasmine, and Karma
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile development cycles
Qualification
Required
Full Stack Development (8+ Years)
Angular (preferably v14+)
Java with Spring Boot (microservices architecture)
RESTful API development and integrations
Responsive UI development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Esri ArcGIS Maps API/SDK for JavaScript
ArcGIS Enterprise Server & ArcGIS Online (administration experience)
ArcPro, ArcObjects, GeoEvent Processor, Velocity
Experience Builder, Survey123, Field Maps
Geocoding and geoprocessing services
ArcSDE and multi-user versioning
Linear referencing systems, Esri Roads & Highways, Oracle Spatial/Locator
PostGIS-based spatial data design
PostgreSQL or other enterprise databases
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Azure API Management
Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Docker containerization
Azure Data Factory
JUnit (required)
Mobile-first and responsive development

2+ years PostgreSQL experience
