Responsibilities
Utilizing BMC Control-M workload automation software, monitor night job schedule for completion or failures. Check regularly for abnormalities and coordinate/oversee corrective actions
Analyze log files to troubleshoot and solve issues
Work on day-to-day operational tasks and requests from the business
Assist with change management procedures and documentation
Uploading and downloading of files to and from clients
Complete status reports
Provide Help Desk support performing account unlocks, password resets, and complete user add, change, or delete forms
Create and maintain documentation on procedures, and how-to guides
Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule while being flexible enough to work with changing customer requirements
Create, modify, and deletion of user accounts
Complete all required training applicable to this position
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position
The ability to have a flexible work schedule due to changing needs of job schedule
Other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED is required
1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience Microsoft Office and Windows 11/10
Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff
Able to make sound decisions, take action and perform with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work independently with little supervision
