Managing daily jobsite operations and supervising subcontractors and crews
Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope
Coordinating schedules, inspections, and material deliveries
Maintaining strong communication with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners
Enforcing company safety policies and OSHA standards
Monitoring quality control and resolving field issues quickly
Leading jobsite meetings and documenting progress
Qualification
Required
5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction
Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship
Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents
Preferred
OSHA certification
