Marketing Manager, MarketStreet
WS Development is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead innovative marketing strategies for MarketStreet. The role involves creating and managing brand strategies, implementing omni-channel campaigns, overseeing public relations, and engaging with community partners to drive traffic and brand awareness.

Responsibilities
Creates, develops, and implements an annual marketing plan. The plan should maximize the marketing budget to drive traffic to the property and its tenants while staying true to the brand identity of Marketstreet
Frequently reviews and understands center sales and traffic trends and implements reporting strategy
Creates, plans, and orchestrates multiple events per month from conception, to contract negotiation through execution
Oversees public relations for the property; is responsible for working with the contracted PR Firm to compose engaging press releases and materials in addition to working with influencers and maintaining great relationships with local and regional writers
Maintains and manages website presence, email list, and social channels with a focus on Instagram; while constantly assessing the shifting social / media landscape and experimenting with emerging channels as deemed relevant
Works in partnership with the WS Loyalty and Corporate Marketing teams to drive acquisition and engagement within MarketStreet’s newly launched loyalty program, MarketStreet Insider, via compelling marketing campaigns and sales-driving initiatives
Informs retail partners of marketing activities and supports requests for on/off-site programming/activation where relevant
Executes paid media program inclusive of digital, OOH and print channels as well as sponsorship efforts, as needed
Responsible for managing the local production and use of on/off site collateral material and distribution
Partners with the GM to identify/create revenue generating opportunities to achieve the financial goals of the property; including but not limited to pop-ups, sponsorships and brand partnerships
Prepares, reviews and understands marketing budget, financial and various related reports
Participates in tenant manager meetings, staff meetings and other relevant management meetings, as necessary
Is a community ambassador and maintains excellent relationships with local organizations and Town officials in collaboration with the GM
