Responsibilities
Assemble products in accordance to manufacturing instructions, specifications and samples when available
Identify quality or safety issues and work with Manufacturing Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager to resolve
Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision
Maintain general housekeeping of inventory and production areas to provide a safe and efficient work environment
Perform minor preventative maintenance of equipment
Ability to be flexible to perform/assist with a variety of tasks required for assembly and packaging production (i.e. stuff foam products, L Sealer, autobagger, labeling, etc.)
Ability to learn and operate clicker and RF welder machines
Active participant in continuous improvement projects
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager
Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise
Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years assembly experience
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative standards
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
Must be able to lift and carry up to >10 lbs
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly
