They are seeking a Design Manager to oversee the full design process, coordinating between external design teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of design intent, program, and quality from concept through execution.

Responsibilities
Managing the full design process for projects from early concept through construction documentation
Coordinating external consultants including architects, MEP, structural, and specialist trades
Ensuring design teams are aligned, coordinated, and meeting agreed deadlines
Providing consultants with clear, timely information required to complete designs effectively
Reviewing layouts, unit mixes, and plans to maximise space efficiency and functionality
Interfacing internally with development, construction, and leadership teams to gather feedback and adjust designs accordingly
Maintaining design quality while balancing cost, programme, and buildability
Qualification
Required
A background in architecture from a world renowned practice
Experience working within an architectural or design practice, with exposure to hospitality or condo projects
Proven experience managing the design process rather than solely producing drawings
Strong coordination skills across multiple consultants and disciplines
A practical understanding of how design decisions impact cost, schedule, and delivery
Condominium OR hospitality OR branded residential exposure expected
