Responsibilities
Call-only thoracic surgery assignment in Pennsylvania with 24/7 weekend coverage and temp privileges available
Every-other-weekend call; Friday noon to Monday 7 am
Beeper call only; 30-minute response time required
Vacation coverage needs also available
Inpatient focus with hospital stroke certification
Admissions required during call shifts
Epic EMR
Every other weekend; starts Friday at 12 pm, ends Monday at 7 am
Additional per diem vacation coverage year-round
Short-term and ongoing needs available
Assigned patient call coverage
Thoracic surgery scope
No teaching or APP supervision
Qualification
Required
Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC eligible
ACLS and BLS required
