Responsibilities

Cultivate deep partnerships with direct and agency clients, serving as their contact to solve complex and marketing objectives
Drive business growth by leading customer meetings, pitching new product opportunities, and identifying high-impact areas for incremental Google media spend
Develop forward-thinking, consultative analyses and value delivered narratives that align with customer goals and recommendations
Provide clients with strategic planning/expertise across YouTube, Performance and DV360 solutioning, guiding clients on sophisticated ad formats, measurement solutions
Lead flawless end-to-end campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance and project standards. Prioritize and execute sales team initiatives, maintaining accountability to team goals and providing guidance on campaign effectiveness

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing roles

Preferred

Experience with Google Ads, YouTube, DV360, or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms
Experience working with data to identify trends and performance insights
Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, and build trust with partners to achieve business goals
Ability to be a team player who can navigate ambiguity
Excellent client service, relationship building, organizational, problem solving, and influencing skills
