Responsibilities
Lead the centralized contact center ensuring program success
Enhance the patient experience for 600K calls annually
Oversee platform stability and tool reliability
Manage data integrity for patient services operations
Utilize technology support to improve processes
Collaborate with the Executive Director for strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Business or Healthcare Management or equivalent experience
Minimum 8 years in contact center or similar fields
At least 5 years in a healthcare environment
5 years of hands-on experience with IVR and telephony tools
5 years of experience with CRM tools
4 years in a leadership role
Experience in workforce management for large teams using relevant tools
Data and financial analysis expertise
