Responsibilities

Leads new clients through the digital onboarding process
Conducts training sessions to empower clients in utilizing our digital marketing tools and client dashboard effectively
Specializes in setting up clients on our digital advertising products, ensuring configurations align with their unique business objectives
Manages the follow-up process with clients and publishers to obtain the necessary account permissions before the campaign start date
Provides early reporting to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing their digital advertising efforts
Provides support for the team when permissions cannot be given to shift the client to a different product
Act as the point of contact via call, text, or video for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations during the onboarding phase

Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
Familiarity with digital marketing reporting tools and experience conducting reporting calls
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively
Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction

Preferred

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in digital marketing or at a digital agency
Previous digital account manager experience with the Meta platform
DSP experience
Experience with Google Ads and Google My Business
