Customer Service Representative
ALOIS Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide services related to sales and customer relations. The role involves handling customer claims and developing initiatives to enhance customer education and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications
Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws
Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys
Qualification
Required

Customer service experience is important - whether call center, working in bank or background in serving/bartending
Takes on 40-60 calls a day
