Product Support Analyst
PriceSenz is seeking an experienced Product Support Analyst 3 to provide advanced customer support, user testing, and technical documentation services for a large-scale education data system. This role will involve supporting end users, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality system functionality and documentation.
Responsibilities
Research, analyze, and resolve technical support tickets related to data systems and submissions
Prioritize and escalate complex issues requiring deeper investigation or development team involvement
Serve as a business point of contact for support-related discussions and communications
Build system knowledge through training, documentation, and hands-on experience
Design and execute UAT plans to validate system functionality and usability
Document and track defects, collaborating with Product Owners and Project Managers to ensure timely resolution
Collect and analyze user feedback to identify improvements and enhance user experience
Coordinate testing activities to ensure alignment with business requirements and standards
Create and maintain clear, accurate, and accessible technical documentation for end users
Ensure documentation remains current and follows accessibility and quality standards
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather and validate content
Produce materials such as user guides, known issue documentation, release notes, and informational updates
Support customer outreach efforts during peak data submission periods
Document and analyze issues reported by customers and partner organizations
Present findings, trends, and recommendations to product teams and leadership
Maintain consistent communication to understand customer needs and concerns
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience working with large-scale education data systems, including data collections and submissions
8+ years of customer support experience with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and testing activities
Experience training or supporting other team members
Preferred
Experience documenting software issues, release notes, and technical guides
Strong background in technical writing and user-focused documentation
