Electrical Foreman
Confidential company is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman in Houston, TX. The role involves overseeing and managing commercial electrical projects, leading a crew of electricians, and ensuring successful project completion in various settings such as schools and hospitals.

Responsibilities
Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
Troubleshoot motor and control systems
Plan and organize daily work activities, ensuring efficient project execution
Coordinate with project managers to review project plans, specifications, and timelines
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that may arise during the project
Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications
Lead and supervise electrical crews, providing guidance and instruction as needed
Monitor and track project progress, reporting any delays or issues to the project manager
Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, time sheets, and safety reports
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project operations
Train and mentor junior electricians, promoting professional growth within the team
Promote and enforce a culture of safety on job sites, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of experience dealing with commercial electrical projects and leading electrical crews
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in using electrical tools, equipment, and testing devices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Must hold an active TDLR Electrical license
