Responsibilities
Process analysis and improvement. Assist in analyzing existing manufacturing and operational processes to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with team members to develop, document and implement process enhancements
Collect and analyze data related to operational performance and quality metrics
Utilize statistical and engineering tools to support data-driven decision-making
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving for quality-related issues
Support the Quality Assurance team in conducting inspections and audits
Participate in cross-functional project teams to support various initiatives and projects
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
Assist in the implementation of Lean methodologies
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with engineering software is a plus
Ability to work independently and in teams
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
