Responsibilities
Perform daily shipping and receiving operations, including processing incoming and outgoing shipments
Handle product returns, picking orders, and conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory
Manage high-volume phone calls and emails related to shipments, orders, and coordination
Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person
Collaborate with internal staff, drivers, and dispatch to ensure accurate and timely information exchange
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when working with team members and external partners
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, for daily tasks and reporting
Work within the AS400 ERP system for order processing and inventory management
Willingness to learn and adapt to new ERP systems as needed
Operate forklift and Genie Lift equipment, with training provided if required
Assist in scheduling manufacturing jobs and production workflows
Use Excel to track scheduling data and support the production planning team
Qualification
Required
Fluent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong communication skills across phone, email, and interpersonal interactions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a warehouse environment
Experience with shipping, receiving, returns, picking, and cycle counting
Familiarity with the AS400 ERP system and willingness to learn new systems
Ability to operate or learn to operate forklift/Genie Lift equipment
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
Preferred
Prior experience with forklifts or similar equipment is ideal but not mandatory
