Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary artificial intelligence (AI) programs in support of client strategy
Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts
Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions
Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision
Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience managing large artificial intelligence (AI) or information technology programs in support of federal customers
10+ years of experience managing program cost, schedule, performance, and quality on federal contracts
3+ years of experience managing program budgets of $10M or greater
Knowledge of the federal acquisition landscape and capture or proposal processes
Knowledge of agile lifecycle management tools, technologies, and processes such as JIRA or Confluence
Ability to lead others and effectively build relationships with various stakeholders
Ability to regularly brief program updates, reports, and performance metrics to senior leaders and stakeholders
Ability to mentor and guide junior employees and operations staff
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Ability to establish and maintain operational processes and best practices to improve team efficiency and scalability
Possession of excellent leadership and communication skills
Program Management Institute Program Management Professional (PMI-PMP) Certification
