ProCare Therapy is seeking part-time or full-time onsite Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support a K-12 school serving students in grades 2 through 8. The role involves providing speech-language pathology services, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers and families to support student communication goals.

Responsibilities
Provide speech-language pathology services to students aged from 2nd to 8th grade
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals
Manage a caseload that includes students requiring consultation only, as well as those with complex medical and communication needs
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
active SLP license
1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
Preferred
Experience working in school settings
Comfortable managing a diverse caseload including medically fragile students using AAC devices
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
