Equipment Program Manager
Atlas Connections is expanding its hyperscale manufacturing footprint, and they are seeking an Equipment Program Manager to oversee the production and delivery of modularized systems. The role involves managing program-level financials, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality and schedule adherence across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities
Own the lifecycle execution of all equipment products under a specific client program—including schedule, scope, cost, risk, and quality
Act as the primary customer liaison for program status, issue escalation, and delivery alignment
Lead program-level cadence, reporting, and governance across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations
Manage and mentor Product Program Managers located across manufacturing sites
Ensure standardized execution methodologies, reporting, and processes across facilities
Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and proactive risk management
Own P&L performance for assigned programs, ensuring budget adherence and financial transparency
Lead change management, cost tracking, and variance reporting
Coordinate procurement needs, long-lead equipment planning, and material readiness with Supply Chain
Partner with Engineering to resolve design challenges and support manufacturability improvements
Work with Production and Quality teams to ensure product performance targets are achieved
Oversee multi-site manufacturing readiness, capacity alignment, and schedule integration
Qualification
Required
10–15+ years of experience leading complex manufacturing, EPC, modular, or industrial programs
Demonstrated P&L ownership and multi-site manufacturing program leadership
Strong knowledge of prefabricated or modular MEP systems, large-scale industrial equipment, or data center hardware
Excellent communication and executive reporting skills
Ability to travel up to 50%
