Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in property management, compliance, and leasing, including knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
Skills in financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and revenue optimization to ensure profitability
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in guiding and supervising on-site teams
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on operational efficiency
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents, clients, and stakeholders
Proficiency in property management software and familiarity with technology-driven solutions
Preferred
