The Senior Intune Migration Specialist is responsible for leading the planning, architecture, and execution of a large-scale Microsoft Intune migration initiative, serving as the primary technical authority across endpoint management, identity, security, compliance, and modern provisioning.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end technical architecture for Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot, and device compliance solutions
Lead discovery and validation efforts, translating business, security, and compliance requirements into technical designs
Design and oversee migration from Group Policy and legacy endpoint management tools to Intune-native configurations
Define Zero Trust and PCI-aligned device and access strategies in collaboration with security and network teams
Provide technical leadership for Windows, iOS, and application management standards
Oversee Autopilot and modern provisioning strategies, including enrollment restrictions, application sequencing, and device lifecycle processes
Establish standards for configuration profiles, compliance policies, remediation scripts, and reporting
Review and approve application packaging approaches and deployment methodologies
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive resolution plans to completion
Mentor engineers and administrators supporting the migration and implementation efforts
Produce and approve architecture diagrams, technical standards, and operational documentation
Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and design decisions
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in systems engineering or endpoint management, with at least 2+ years leading Microsoft on-premises to cloud migration initiatives
Expert-level experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Conditional Access policies in large-scale migration or modernization efforts
Strong background in Windows and iOS endpoint management and Group Policy architecture
Proven experience implementing Autopilot at scale for environments exceeding 1,000 devices
Deep understanding of device security, compliance frameworks, and Zero Trust principles
Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as PCI
Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and complex administrative tasks
Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance during and after migration activities
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical execution
Preferred
Experience designing enterprise-wide endpoint management standards and governance models
Prior experience serving as a technical lead or architect on large modernization initiatives
