10+ years expEmerging Tech is seeking an Agile Project Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in their Electronic Health Records Modernization Integration Office. The role involves providing program-level support across Agile delivery teams, driving operational excellence, and facilitating coordination among various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Provide Agile program management support by applying project management, risk management, and business analysis practices to promote operational excellence, quality assurance, resiliency, and process improvement
Work closely with management and scrum teams to coordinate value streams and support program execution
Lead and support communication and coordination activities, including tracking actions, risks, lessons learned, compliance items, metrics reporting, forecasting, and meeting preparation and facilitation
Support Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Product Line Management methodologies by helping mature development efforts and drive continuous process improvement
Coordinate with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) teams, Integrated Testing Services (ITS), and Office of Information and Technology (OIT) program and project integration teams to ensure alignment across delivery efforts
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional work experience
Experience managing Information Technology–related projects
Experience tracking project costs, schedules, and performance metrics
Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related scientific or technical discipline, or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Preferred
Experience supporting VA programs
Experience implementing Electronic Health Record systems
