Responsibilities
Develop and maintain CPM schedules for construction projects
Review project documents to create accurate baseline schedules
Update progress schedules with comprehensive reporting
Analyze project schedules and advise on execution strategies
Conduct critical path analyses to identify and resolve scheduling issues
Perform site walks for validation and prepare monthly reports
Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction industry
2+ years experience specifically in project controls for data centers
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management or relevant field; alternatively, 5+ years of relevant experience
Proficient in Oracle Primavera P6
Strong ability to interpret construction documents
Familiar with construction means and methods
