Strong knowledge of global / multi-country payroll regulations and tax compliance
Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as ADP (GlobalView/Celergo), Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across time zones
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification
Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
3–5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2+ years supporting global or multi-country payroll
Preferred
Master's degree or relevant certification (CPP, GPA, IPP, GPMI, CIPP)
Experience supporting payroll across regions such as North America, EMEA, APAC, or LATAM
Familiarity with global HRIS and payroll integrations
