Sales Account Manager B2B Industrial
Vida Group International is seeking a Sales Account Manager B2B for managing and growing a portfolio of assigned customer accounts. The role focuses on developing new revenue opportunities while ensuring strong relationships and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned accounts through proactive engagement and relationship development
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams (sales, operations, engineering, customer support)
Build trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership development
Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Develop account plans to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing negotiations
Forecast sales activity accurately and maintain pipeline visibility
Identify new customer opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research
Support new customer onboarding and transition to long-term account ownership
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
Work closely with operations, supply chain, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
Coordinate product launches, service implementations, and contract renewals
Manage customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Track customer activity, opportunities, and performance metrics
Provide regular reports on account status, forecasts, and growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5-10+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Preferred
Experience in [manufacturing / industrial / technology / services] environments
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Ability to travel as needed (typically 25–40%)
